We provide service for a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, corporate gatherings, parties, and more. If you have a specific event in mind, please call us at (984)-202-8544 and we'll be happy to assist.

We recommend placing your orders for special events such as weddings, parties, and corporate events at least 4-8 weeks in advance. This ensures enough time to provide fresh flowers and prepare for your special event. For regular floral arrangements you can place your order  at any time before 11 AM for same day delivery. 

Our price varies on the complexity and extent of the arrangements. We are however happy to provide a customized quote based on your specific needs and budget that is suitable and affordable for you.

Cancelations for floral arrangements or bouquets must be made within 48 hours prior to delivery, and for special events cancellation must be made 60 days before the event date and is refundable excluding deposits.

Yes. We provide same day delivery if your orders are placed before 11 AM Eastern Standard Time.

Our delivery hours are between the hours of 10:30 AM, and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. We will also do our best to honor special delivery requests whenever possible.

Yes. We will send a text notifying the recipient that a deliver from Paris Floral and Gifts is on the way. We will also text the sender once the delivery has been made. 

Yes. Unless stated otherwise at the time the order was placed. If our delivery driver attempts delivery and there is no answer, we will call the recipient's phone number. If no one answers, we will also call the sender for a decision. We will leave the arrangement in a safe place, and then leave a voicemail for the recipient to let them know they have a delivery. If there are any concerns, or we realize it is not a safe place to leave the arrangement, we will return it to the shop and notify the sender and the recipient of next day delivery.

We will do our utmost best to accommodate changes to your order within 24 hours if possible. Please give us a call at (984)-202-8544 for any change requests.

We change $30.00 for delivery within our delivery area. Additional changes may apply if outside our local delivery areas. Please go to our delivery charges pages for more information, or contact us at (984)-202-8544.

Yes. We provide decorations for indoor and outdoor events if needed or requested. 

Keep flowers and plants out of direct sunlight and away from air vents that blows air directly on them. For your arrangements, it is best to fill the vase to the very top as soon as it arrives and change water daily. Re-cut flowers at an angle for best results. For blooming plants, wait to add water until the soil becomes dry. When watering, soak the soil and then pour out any excess water. If the plant starts growing, you may want to transplant in a bigger pot. For orchids or succulents, wait about 12 days between watering and add only a small amount of water. Remember, orchids and succulents thrive in a drier environment. Over watering is a common way that may result in orchids and succulents having a shorter shelf life.

While we focus on pet safe-flowers, some household plants and flowers may not be safe for your pets. Be sure to thoroughly research any new plants or flowers that you bring into your home to guarantee your pets safety.

We will need your name and phone number, the recipients name, phone number, and the delivery address. If you would like to send a card message with your thoughtful expression along with your flowers, you can prepare this in advance or you can simply call us at (984)-202-8544, and we will be happy to compose a meaningful card message for you. There is no extra charge for card messages.
