The only information you enter online that is not stored is your credit card information [it is used for a fraction of a second to get an authorization from your bank at the time of checkout].

Paris Floral and Gifts offers a three-day satisfaction guarantee  from your purchase date. We are aware that life happens especially with perishable flower items. We do not offer refunds. However, we will offer our replacement or store credit of equal amount of the purchase price. All plush animals and Teddy bears sales are final. We reserve the right to deny refunds after delivery due to customer negligence, indecisiveness, or breakage. We do deliver within the local Raleigh area including, Wake Forest, Roseville, Zebulon, Cary, and Morrisville. There is a delivery fee of $30 that is not included and will be added to your purchase price if delivery is requested. Also, delivery fees are subjected to change due to distant delivery areas. We provide same-day delivery on orders that are placed by 11am. There is a 48 hour order cancellation. We will always try to accommodate time sensitive orders. Sunday deliveries are not available. If you have any questions about your delivery date and time, please contact us directly.

Due to order volumes, seasonality of flowers and plants,  and the availability of different types of flowers and vases, substitution maybe necessary when creating your order. The exact vase or flower may not be available as to what is viewed on our website. Extreme care is taken to maintain the original style, color scheme, and theme of the arrangement using flowers of equal or greater value. Also, prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at anytime to modify or discontinue products viewed on our website without notice.
